Mario Adabachy is the founder and managing director of RedLayers. He leads the firm's client work: deciding with each client what to build, in what order and why, and directing the product from the first plan through to operation.
He has led the firm's work for clients in the United Kingdom, the United States and the UAE, including ApexReportGen, which cut psychological evaluation reports from five hours to ten minutes; Design a Barn, FCP Barns' primary source of leads; and TheCultureCore, the employee recognition platform of Tomarco and ISAT. He also leads Patio3D, the firm's engineering and quoting platform for patio cover dealers.
His approach starts from the client's numbers: identifying what will grow revenue or improve margins, testing it, measuring it, and acting on what the results show.
