SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the text messaging program operated by RedLayers LDN LTD (“RedLayers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “SMS Program”). By opting in to the SMS Program, you agree to these Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy.

Program description

The SMS Program provides text messages related to RedLayers products and services, which may include customer service replies, account or project updates, appointment or scheduling notices, and other transactional or operational communications.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in to the SMS Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or manual text messages from RedLayers at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages when you contact us, when we need to respond to your inquiry, or when operational updates related to your account or request are necessary.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan or contact your wireless carrier for details. RedLayers does not charge a fee for the SMS Program, but your carrier may.

Supported carriers

The SMS Program may be available on major U.S. carriers and other participating wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at hey@redlayers.com to request removal.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us promptly if your number changes or is reassigned.

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. For more details, see our SMS Privacy Policy.

Warranty disclaimer

The SMS Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedLayers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedLayers and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the SMS Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
