SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy describes how RedLayers LDN LTD (“RedLayers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our text messaging program (the “SMS Program”). This policy applies to mobile information collected through the SMS Program and is in addition to our website Privacy Policy.

Mobile information we collect

When you opt in to the SMS Program, we may collect and process:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Carrier information
  • Message content and delivery metadata (such as timestamps and delivery status)
  • Opt-in and opt-out records, and related consent information
  • Other information you voluntarily provide in reply messages or related forms

How we use mobile information

We use mobile information to:

  • Send and receive SMS messages related to the SMS Program, including customer service, account, transactional, and operational communications
  • Respond to your messages and support requests
  • Confirm opt-in and process opt-out requests
  • Maintain records of consent and program participation as required by law or carrier rules
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use of the service

No sale or sharing for marketing

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

We may share mobile information only as needed to operate the SMS Program, including with messaging platform providers, carriers, and service providers who process data on our behalf, or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you opt in again.

Data retention

We retain mobile numbers, consent records, and related SMS Program data for as long as needed to operate the program, comply with legal and carrier requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children

The SMS Program is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect mobile information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
